Will a Cockatiel and a Canary live together in an aviary?

For personal reasons we are putting our Canary in a school aviary along with a Cockatiel for a while.I am just wondering if they will be alright together/The Cockatiel is not ours.
Yup! I have an aviary with cockatiels, budgies, linnies, canaries, finch and doves. None of these birds are overly territorial and will generally stick to their own species. However, being that the cockatiel is alone – it may be curious about the canary so do be cautious about an introduction.
