How do dogwalkers walk so many dogs at the same time?

I have three dogs whom I love a lot. Two of them are brand new Chihuahuas. I want to walk all three of my dogs at the same time, but it's just too hard - I can't carry three leashes in my hands safely. My Maltese dog is really obnoxious in public, so I can't have all three of the leash wires tangling together when I'm out walking. Is there a kind of leash that has one handle, but more wires coming out of it that would allow me to walk all three dogs more comfortably at the same time, like a dogwalker's leash? How do dogwalkers walk so many dogs at the same time without the wires constantly crossing?
