Billy at LCAS. UPDATE
Sadly, Billy was euthenized. That is what happens when the overpopulation problem is out of control. County shelters are not allowed to refuse incoming dogs and kennel space runs out. This is why people need to stop breeding dogs. It is very sad for Billy.......... Come visit Billy! He is a really nice and fun dog. He LOVES loves loves to play fetch. He is not coping well with being here so he needs to get out of here very soon! He is pretty barky in the kennel, (though has improved), but once you take him out of his kennel he is just great! He seems not bad on the leash and is very sociable with people. He must be a mixed breed dog because he has one blue eye and tall ears that stand up.
